With some students returning to campus, the principal has requested volunteers to assist with student safety. The school needs help monitoring the crosswalk at morning drop-off and after school pick-up, assisting with lunch, and keeping an eye on structured activity.
The shifts are short but invaluable to our staff!
If you can help out, please sign up here. Feel free to take multiple days, or back-to-back shifts (i.e. consider volunteering for both lunch hours on the same day, or both structured activity periods on the same day).

Our staff support volunteers help get messages to students, pull them from class for various appointments, distribute flyers and other information to classrooms, and occasionally help with copying. We need help every day of the week and the shift choices are 8-12 or 12-3:45 weekly or bi-weekly. This can be done solo or with a partner depending on your preference.
With the help of a MAAS staff member this volunteer will remind students to pick up after themselves, excuse tables when done eating, and assist MAAS staff with resetting the MPR. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays the lunch support shift is 11:00-12:45. On Wednesdays it is from 10:45-12:30 and can be weekly or bi-weekly.
Structured Activity Support
With the help and guidance of a MAAS staff member, this role involves keeping an eye on 4th and 5th graders during their respective structured activity periods (Academy-talk for recess). This shift is from 12:35-1:50 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and can be weekly or bi-weekly.
